Frans Aeyelts

This coming November 9,10 & 11 we are working on bringing Frans Aeyelts from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia up to teach a workshop.  He is going to take a scene from Yellowknife and use it for our painting workshop.   So we are working to provide him interesting shots of our houseboats in summer and winter.  If you have any images that would be of interest let us know.

February Meeting

We had a great meeting on Monday night.  We are getting through a range of veggies and fruit and learning so much.  The part I liked was seeing the great apples from the last meeting!

January SketchCrawl

On January 19th (-33 C with a wind chill of -49) Lynn and I were the only two to go to the first Yellowknife SketchCrawl...could be because there wasn't much in the way of advertising!  

The next SketchCrawl is on April 13th!  10:30 am meeting place to be announced. I have to say that I hope that we have much nicer outside weather!
