Supply list is as follows:

some hairdryers, a sink with running water, rolls of tissue paper, water containers, firm boards (arborite board is great) to which one can tape the Arches watercolour paper, 1" 3M masking tape and utility knife, and any other miscellanious things you want to supply.

Drawing materials.
Pencils: 2-B, 4-B and 6-B.   A 2 mm. "mechanical" pencil is great for achieving, consistant sharp lines.
A medium size stomp for shading, about the thickness of a pencil.
Staedtler eraser.
Pens: Staedtler 0.5 mm. I also use a "Double Sharpie", a wonderful tool. It has a fine and thick tip.
Sketchbook: about 8" x 11". 110 Lbs. paper. This is fairly heavy paper, which can take some watercolour washes. Do not use thin gage paper.

Brushes.
Brushes: Round: a # 2 "rigger" brush, a #2, #6, #8, and #12. and a squirrel "mop", which is used to lay in broad washes.
Flat: 1/4", 1/2", and 1". Add to this list any other brushes you prefer to work with, rolled up in a bamboo brush holder for protection.

Paper.
"Arches" 140 Lbs. 100 percent cotton rag watercolour paper, or equivalent. You can buy this in a "block form", 8" x 11" is convenient for this trip.
Paper tissues, a sponge, a towell, a collapsible watercontainer, atomizer, or spraybottle. Masking tape, and rigid board onto which you can tape your work, if you work with individual sheets of paper. Do not buy wood pulp based, so called "watercolour paper"! Look for: 100 percent cotton rag paper.
Tracing paper block.

Paints.
Yellow Ochre, Permanent Yellow deep, Lemon Yellow, Aureolin Yellow.
Scarlet Lake Red, Brown Madder, Permanent Rose, Opra or Magenta.
French Ultramarine Blue, Prussian Blue, Cobalt Blue, Cerulean, or Manganese Blue, Royal Blue and Indigo.
Viridian Green.
